Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in unused condition and include all original parts and packaging. Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.

To initiate a return, please submit a return request using our returns form. Our customer service team will respond with a return address and instructions.
